The short version. We collect the details you give us when you register, book or buy, plus standard website usage data. We use them to run your course, answer you and send you news you signed up for. We also use analytics and advertising tools from Google, Meta and Microsoft, which means some of your data (for example a hashed email address or a cookie) is shared with those companies so we can measure our marketing and show you relevant ads. You can opt out of marketing at any time. Details below.

We use the following providers. Each acts under its own privacy policy. Where they receive personal data for advertising, we share it either as a hashed identifier (your email address or phone number converted into a code that cannot be read back) or through a cookie or pixel on our pages.

You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, in the Ad preferences section of your Facebook and Instagram settings, and by clearing or blocking cookies in your browser. Opting out stops personalised ads from us but does not stop all advertising.
We use service providers who process data on our instructions and cannot use it for their own purposes:
We share data with partner organisations only when a program is run together with them and you are told at registration. We may disclose data if the law requires it or to protect our rights, safety or property. We do not sell personal data.
We are based in Indonesia and our providers run servers in the United States, the European Union and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export the personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent. To unsubscribe from emails use the link at the bottom of any email. To stop WhatsApp messages reply STOP. To ask us to remove you from advertising audiences, email [email protected] and we will remove your details from the lists we control within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Our courses are for adults. Participants under 18 join only with a parent or guardian, who signs on their behalf. We do not knowingly market to children.
We update this policy when our tools or practices change. The effective date at the top tells you when it was last revised. Material changes are announced on this page.
